§ Field P6 Scheduler - – Southern California Edison – Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project (TRTP)  - P6 / SAP scheduler responsible for two 220/500 kV substations in the $3 billion electrical system / renewable energy upgrade 

§ Master P6 Scheduler – Arizona Diamondbacks   - Built owner’s critical path schedule for a $120M  Stadium  

§ Project Consultant – Perini Building Company – Managed steel change orders on the $3 bil Cosmopolitan Resort, Las Vegas.  $300 mil steel cost, $150 mil change orders

§ Office Manager – Hill Intl / KJM & Associates  - Performed all duties for opening a new regional office, including marketing, purchasing, staffing, IT, leasing, proposal writing, and developing clients 

§ P3 Scheduler - Sky Harbor Airport Technology Program - Technical Primavera support for technology upgrades to 30 airport systems such as CCTV, Paging, Facilities, and GPS

§  Project Controls Manager - Sky Harbor Airport Residential Sound Assistance Program – Managed cost control, schedules, budgets, estimates, FAA requirements for $90 million 2,000 home soundproofing program

§ Project Manager - Sky Harbor Airport Telecommunications Master Plan - Estimating, database programming, analysis to upgrade airport IT and communication systems.  Built a 10-year database cost/benefit model 

§ Senior Estimator - Maricopa County Lower Buckeye Jail - Developed architect conceptual, schematic, and detailed design estimates. Value engineering, vendor interface, scope clarification.  $150 million project    

§ Senior Estimator - Yavapai College Master Plan – Developed conceptual estimates for $130 million, 35 building, future construction costs at 5 campuses

·               Project Manager - Y2K Software Upgrade - Managed worldwide corporate Y2K software upgrades.  Built / maintained a 10,000-item schedule of software items and aggressively managed this $140 million project

·               Project Manager – Software License / Maintenance – Managed  Automation Dept. $50 million license agreement budget.  Tracked software needs worldwide

·               Project Manager – Resource Planning – Implemented a resource planning database for the 300-person, 600-project, $55 million automation department to efficiently manage its staff and technical workload

·               Project Manager – Finance Accounting - Generated IT cost estimates, budgets, proposals, schedules.  Implemented a $55 million department financial tracking system

·               Cost / Scheduler – Facility Construction - coordinated budgets / schedules for facility projects ranging from  HVAC upgrades to major building structural repairs. Planned engineering resources and upgraded the cost control system

·               Project Controls Consultant – Fab 12 Tool Hookup – Estimated clean room tool hookup construction costs, built schedules, prepared manpower forecasts, analyzed labor rates, and integrated those tasks into the overall $1.5 bil project schedule

·               Cost / Schedule Engineer  - Palo Verde Nuclear Plant  - Construction proposals, performance reports, forecast financial status, scheduled major refueling outages, monitored safety issues, planned craft resources

·               Cost Engineer – Diablo Canyon Power Plant - Built detailed critical path outage schedules, estimated capital construction project costs ranging up to the installation of a 25,000 man-hour $40 mil diesel generator 

·               Master Scheduler – WNP2 Power Plant - Built the capital projects and maintenance schedule and integrated it into the master client schedule.  Projected resources ranging from 60 to 400 craft and from 20 to 50 engineers

·               Outage Scheduler – Limerick Nuclear Plant - Constructed / maintained a 30,000 item, critical path, resource loaded outage schedule for a 100-day  refueling outage 

·               Maintenance Engineer – Peach Bottom Nuclear Plant - Upgraded mechanical systems and administrative processes following an  NRC plant shutdown.  Tracked completion of 12,000 maintenance repair items preventing plant restarting
